How do I access a seminar?
Before you order a seminar you must register a username and password with the website. As soon as you've ordered and paid for a seminar you will be emailed with your username and password and confirmation of payment. Keep a note of your username and password as these are used to view the seminars when returning to the site.

Over what period is my subscription to a seminar valid?
Your username and password will remain valid for a period of 21 days after activation, during which time we expect you will have completed taking all of the modules. Your subscription is activated once you start viewing the seminar. You have six months to activate your subscription to the seminar once purchased. If any technical issues have prevented you from viewing the seminars, in whole or part, during this time we will review the situation.

Do I need broadband?
Yes. You can buy the seminar programme using any internet connection but you will need boadband access to stream the video of the lectures. To ensure you can access the video try watching the free preview of "finance for business managers".

Can I get a refund?
By your downloading part or all of a seminar, Streaming Seminars is deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligation to you and you will not qualify for refund. If you have not started downloading the seminar then you may apply for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Does Streaming Seminars provide any downloadable material?
Certain modules provide the facility to download pdf versions of slides, exercises or case studies.

I can't hear any sound?
This may seem obvious but many people have their sound turned down or muted - so check this. If you still don't hear anything it could be that you don't have a sound card. Check with your IT administrator.

Do the Streaming Seminars have any compatibility issues?
Maybe. If you are experiencing problems using a computer that is protected by a firewall, then you may need to contact your IT support. To view the Streaming-Seminars you will also need Flash Player 7 which can be downloaded here. If you are working on a company network then your IT deparment may need to install this for you.
